Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AlphaBitCore (“AlphaBitCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit alphabitcore.com(the “Site”), contact us, or interact with our marketing. It applies to the Site only. It does not govern the AlphaBitCore Nexus AI Gateway software you self-host, or a separately contracted AlphaBitCore product deployment — those are covered by their own agreements and documentation.

1. Who we are

AlphaBitCore operates this Site and is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at hello@alphabitcore.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

When you submit our contact form, request an enterprise walkthrough, or otherwise reach out, we collect the information you choose to give us, which typically includes:

  • Your name;
  • Your work email address;
  • Your company and role, if provided;
  • The topic of your inquiry and any message content you include.

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, which delivers submissions to our team by email. Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential data, or regulated records in a contact-form message.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3), including:

  • Device and browser information (such as browser type, operating system, and screen size);
  • Usage information (such as pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, referring URLs, and time spent on pages);
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address (we do not collect precise geolocation); and
  • Advertising and conversion signals, such as whether you arrived from a LinkedIn advertisement and whether you clicked a call-to-action such as “Deploy on AWS.”

We do not sell products directly through this Site, and we do not knowingly collect payment-card information on it.

3. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run analytics and measure the performance of our advertising. The Site currently uses the following providers:

  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, which helps us understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. See Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out across sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the performance of our LinkedIn advertising, attribute conversions, and build audiences for retargeting. It sets a cookie and may collect information about your visit. See LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy and its retargeting opt-out.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. Where required by law, we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies and honor recognized opt-out signals (see Section 12).

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the briefings, walkthroughs, or materials you request;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Understand how visitors use the Site and measure the effectiveness of our content and advertising;
  • Communicate with you about AlphaBitCore products and events you have expressed interest in; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, including Formspree (contact-form delivery), Google (analytics), and LinkedIn (advertising measurement), as well as our website hosting provider.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AlphaBitCore, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If AlphaBitCore is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

7. International data transfers

AlphaBitCore and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You may contact us for more information about these safeguards.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal obligations. We retain analytics and advertising data in accordance with the retention controls of the relevant provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@alphabitcore.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have rights to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of “sales” or “sharing” of personal information or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws; you can opt out by disabling non-essential cookies in your browser and using the provider opt-outs in Section 3, or by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

12. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals and the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognized GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising on that browser. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, we may not otherwise respond to DNT signals.

13. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made prominent on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
